12 am – Make a cup of green tea. Drink it.

1 pm – Drink a tall glass of carrot juice. Wait half an hour, then drink a tall glass of water.

3 pm – Make yourself a cup of tea.

5 pm – Drink a tall glass of the juice of your liking. Cranberry, apple, lemon, all of these work just fine.

7 pm – Drink a cup of green tea.

9 pm – Make yourself some grapefruit juice and then drink a glass of water.

10 pm – Top it off with a glass of water with lemon juice. End routine. Good night’s rest.
